Anzac Day 2025 Event Submission

Anzac Day 2025 is fast approaching! Complete this online form to share your Anzac Day event details with RSL WA. This will enable RSL WA list your event on the website, communicate with media, and direct visitors to your Anzac Day events.

If you require ADF Ceremonial Support please apply directly to the Joint Operational Support Sections (JOSS) before the 31st of January 2025. JOSS forms are now online, Please go to https://www.defence.gov.au/events/ceremonial-support/request to complete the online request form.

Please complete and submit this form by COB Friday, 14 March, 2025

This is a digital form and must be completed online so we can collect all the information. If you have more than one Anzac Day event, please complete the form again to list another event. For example, a Sunset Service on the 24th of April (1 submission) and a March on the 25th of April (1 submission).

Conducting a Acknowledgement of Country or engaging with Aboriginal peoplesInclusive event access including but not limited to; accessible parking and facilities (toilets, ramps, parking), treating all peoples with respect and dignity regardless of sexual identity, language, ethnicity, cultural background, offering an Auslan interpreter.Sustainable event and merchandise offerings, effectively managing waste and reducing printed materials. Where possible reusable options.Promoting public transport optionsHealthy food and beverage options available including free drinking water or refill stations.Promote a responsible drinking environment but not encouraging the desire to get drunkProvide adequate shade and free sunscreen at all activities and events held outdoors during the dayHold smoke-free events and activities (this includes prohibiting the use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapes and heat sticks products)Comply with all applicable State and Commonwealth laws relating to the employment or engagement of people who work or volunteer with children (Working with Children Check)
