Please complete and submit this form by 5 pm AWST, Thursday, 20 February 2025 to register your band's participation in the ANZAC Day March through Saint Georges Terrace (Perth) on 25 April 2025. If this form has been sent to the wrong person please contact events@rslwa.org.au. The order of march and form up details will be communicated late March 2025.

This is a digital form and must be submitted online so that we collect all the information to plan the ANZAC Day March 2025. Please do not attempt to print and complete this form by hand.

The 2025 Anzac Day March will be broadcast live around Western Australia on ABC TV. To assist ABC TV with its commentary, please provide as much information as possible about your band. For reference, you can watch the ABC broadcast from Anzac Day 2024.
