If this form has been sent to the wrong person please contact events@rslwa.org.au. The order of march and form up details will be communicated late March 2025.

This is a digital form and must be submitted online so that we collect all the information to plan the ANZAC Day March 2025. Please do not attempt to print and complete this form by hand.
