ANZAC DAY MARCH 2026

GROUP REGISTRATION FORM

Please complete and submit this form by 5 pm AWST, Friday, 2 January 2026 to register your group's interest in Marching in the City of Perth on Anzac Day. If this form has been sent to the wrong person please contact events@rslwa.org.au. The order of march and form up details will be communicated in March 2026. 


This is a digital form and must be submitted online so that we collect all the information to plan the Anzac Day March. Please do not attempt to print and complete this form by hand.

How many people from your organisation or group will be marching? This can be an estimate.

Primary Contact

RSL WA will liaise with your listed primary contact to coordinate The March on Anzac Day. The primary contact listed will be responsible for coordinating group participation in The March with RSL WA event staff on the 25 of April 2026.

*Mobile preferred for coordination on the day of The March.

Secondary Contact

Your secondary contact will receive the same communications as primary contact leading up to Anzac Day. In the event that a primary contact is unavailable on Anzac Day, the secondary contact listed will be responsible for coordinating group participation in The March with RSL WA event staff.

Note that your Unit Association or Group is responsible for providing its own Banner Carriers and Flags. Cadet support for this event is not guaranteed.
