RSL WA submits all the permit requests from the various Sub-Branches as one application which is approved by the Minister and the department then issues separate permits to the delegated permit holders. Please submit this form by the due date to ensure your Sub-Branch is included on the application and that RSL WA can meet the timelines required by the department. Late applications will not be accepted.
